Association of the Defence Industry of the Czech Republic
The Association of Defence Industry of the Czech Republic – ADI ( Asociace obranneho prumyslu – AOP) was established in 1997 as a special – interest group of legal entities concerned with research, development, production and trade in the area of military equipment and material and infrastructure. The ADI is declared as an independent, non – governmental, non – political, non – profit and non – commercial organisation. It is pursuing the interests of the Czech defence industry by active and effective cooperation with the Governmental Institutions. It is further striving to organise production, research and development in accordance with the country´s basic defence concept and strategy. It arranges active international cooperation and promotes bilateral relations with similar associations.
